HOW DO I BOOK SAMANTHA E FOR HER SERVICES? 

The easiest way to book with SamanthaE is by selecting the BOOK HERE option on the home page. If you are not sure what services you need, please email hellosamanthae@gmail.com .

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

SamanthaE will reach out within 48hours for a consultation. After the consultation, SamanthaE will provide client with a proposal with and outline of the cost, price and timeline. Initial deposit should be submitted to SamanthaE within 48 hours of receiving proposal.  Client should email SamanthaE with any adjustments. 

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I NEED TO MAKE MY HOME OR WARDROBE, BUT I NEED HELP?

You’ve found your girl! Please email hellosamanthae@gmail.com  and we will get through this together. 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHATS BEST FOR A CLEINT?

SamanthaE spends a great deal of time in accessing the clients needs, taste and opportunities based on the service requested. At the end of the day her goal is to make sure all clients feel confident.

CAN I SHOP ON MY OWN? 

 You have hired SamanthaE to design and complete a vision for your space.  We ask that you do not select or purchase items because that selection may not be a fit for the design, space, or budget.  You will receive a detailed Specification for items to be purchased direct.

SHOULD I PLAN FOR ADDITIONAL COST? 

SamanthaE does my best to give you a full cost outlook of each item, but additional costs such as storage, shipping, installation, or unexpected labor do occasionally happen.

DO YOU WORK WITH CONTRACTORS?

SamanthaE works with the contractors (ie, painters, plumbers etc.) hired by the client. She loves working with other design professionals to create your custom space. She will prefer to use professionals that I have worked with on previous projects and can provide recommendations when necessary.

HOW LONG DO PROJECTS NORMALLY LAST?

SamanthaE provides all clients with a projected timeline once services are agreed upon. The timeline will account for occasionally, there are delays caused by weather, vendor issues, factory errors, and other unpredictable influences, that are out of her control. 

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER A SERVICE REQUEST IS PLACED?

Most often orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the event that a full refund can be attained, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for the cost of the item minus the purchasing fee and any other applicable fees. You will be charged hourly for the time spent on work completed. Custom orders are nonrefundable.

HOW DO WE MAKE PURCHASES?

 Samantha E is more than happy to make purchases for a client. Samantha E’s recommendation is for the clients to provide her with the preferred payment method and she will compl3e the purchases with permission. She can also provide the client with a detailed shopping list and the clients purchases directly

HOW DO I COMPLETE PAYMENTS?

SamanthaE will invoice client within 48 hours of each service. Client should pay invoice within 14 days. Invoices more than 30 days past due will accrue a 10% late fee per month and all work will cease until invoice is paid.

WHAT IF I DECIDE MID-PROJECT I WANT TO ADD MORE TO THE SCOPE?

SamanthaE works hourly, adding services, is not a problem but should be facilitated through a conversation by SamanthaE. 

WHAT IF I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THE SERVICE? 

SamanthaE’s goal is to provide each client with a positive experience. Please bring these to her attention immediately and we will discuss your concerns and if necessary, find a more desirable solution. The decision about what is purchased and installed in your home is ultimately yours.

WHAT ABOUT BUDGET?

We can work within your budget.  Having a budget is very important for the project running smoothly and for your expectations to be met.
